Nearly 200 years ago, before the invention of the composition billiard ball, Jaques' craftsmen were making hundreds of sets of balls each year from African Elephant Ivory. Turning 100% spherical balls by hand is indeed a great skill! Then, in the middle of the 20th Century, Jaques formally launched into the Snooker and Pool table markets with the introduction of their exquisitely crafted wooden tables and accessories.
The Eclipse table is made with Jaques' truplay bed, guaranteed against warping. It is fitted with a high quality woollen cloth and has fine mahogany-finish wooden surrounds and an undercarriage with contoured elastic cushions.
The table features an extra-strong easy-fold leg system and comes complete with all accessories including two cues, pool balls, a triangle, chalk and rules.
