Swimming Pool Water Clarifiers

Clarifiers can improve the appearance of your water and enhance the performance of your filter pump. It is a good idea to check the Total Alkalinity and pH levels of your water before applying a clarifier, as correcting these levels will often solve the problem of unattractive water. Also, please note that sparkle tabs and granular floc should not be used if you have a paper cartridge filter. Clarifiers are not very effective against algae - see the trouble-shooting section if you have a problem with algae.
