This floating dispenser contains multifunctional stabilised chlorine tablets that will dissolve slowly to disinfect your pool continuously, as well as help to keep the water sparkling. It can be used for 8' pools and over, but you will only need to remove one nub if you are using it with the smaller pools.
Application Instructions:
- Always maintain pH level within the range 7.2-7.6. If the pH level is outside the ideal range, please adjust.
- Before applying this product, the chlorine level in your pool must be between 1 - 3mg/l (ppm). If you chlorine level is below this, then shock dose the pool using Granular Shock as per directions on the pack.
- Using a sharp knife, cut off the correct number of (A) Nubs on both sides of the dispenser.
- Cut off the vent hole (B) Nubs on both sides of the dispenser.
- Place the floater in an upright position on the pool and hold for a few seconds while it fills with water, then leave it to float. Do not submerge the floater completely, or block the vent holes.
- Maintain free chlorine level within the range 1 - 3mg/l (ppm). If the floating dispenser is not maintaining the chlorine level required, it may be necessary to remove additional nubs.
- Replace the floating dispenser when the contents have dissolved, approximately every 4 weeks.
- It is recommended that you shock dose the pool once a fortnight, or more frequently in hot weather using a shock product.
