Who are Super Tramp?

First and foremost Super Tramp are the trampoline people. From the almost accidental discovery in the early eighties that a trampoline can supply more fun and healthy exercise than any other piece of garden play equipment; Super Tramp have grown in the market for outdoor trampolines. Super Tramp are flattered that they are often copied, but they continue to work hard in order to ensure that they are never bettered.

From nearly 18 years of experience of supplying the British Market with outdoor trampolines we have learnt that it is important to appreciate how your outdoor trampoline will work for you and why you should buy a Super Tramp Trampoline.

If you have experienced trampolining in someone else's garden or at a visitor attraction or event you will have some idea of the popularity of this form of recreation.

First and most importantly, it is enormous fun. There is something about being able to bounce so high with seemingly so little effort that you are almost defying gravity.

In fact in the space of a single second your body will experience both weightlessness and a force of about 3g. This is a feel good factor that stimulates your breathing, lymphatic system and every cell in your body. It makes you smile. If you've still got some energy left you want to bounce some more. Trampolining is addictive.

However, in order to bounce accurately and not fall over or leave the trampoline altogether you have to concentrate and use all your physical skills and abilities to remain under control. This develops your balance, spatial awareness, all round physical fitness and suppleness. Side benefits are improved posture, coordination, lung capacity, vision and self-confidence. Everything else you do or want to learn starts to get a little easier.

The bottom line here is that your trampoline is going to be hugely popular with all your family, friends and relations. It is going to get more use than you ever imagined. So it is important not only to buy the right size trampoline, but to buy a quality product that is built to last.

Super Tramp Choice

Super Tramp tries to cater for all ages, sizes and levels of ability. Are you a sporty family with youngsters into gymnastics, diving, trampolining or whatever, or is it to be just a big bouncy play area for family fun? What ages and sizes are to use your trampoline? Remember they will still be using it in 10 years time and whilst you cannot put big people on little trampolines, there is no problem in putting little ones on big trampolines, as they don't have the weight and strength yet to access the power available. You also have the option of setting your trampoline into the ground or with some models, enclosing it completely so that no one can fall off it. You also have a choice of frame pad colours: Royal Blue or Forest Green is normally available ex-stock. For other colours or colour combinations allow up to six weeks for delivery.

Super Tramp Design and Durability

All Super Tramp Outdoor trampolines carry a 5 year guarantee against rust or rot causing structural failure. They are designed to be left outside all year round. All steel components are zinc coated; all fabrics and plastics are UV stable; all our impact absorbing foam is closed cell and will not absorb water.

Whilst the black cross woven polypropylene bed fabric is designed to withstand up to 10 years in European weather conditions, the bed stitching is only guaranteed for 3 years as it's life is directly related to use. With average domestic use your bed will probably need it's first re-stitch in about 7 years time.

Frame pads are fitted with cross-linked, closed cell polyethylene foam with a density of 33kg per cubic meter. Being ''cross-linked'' means that the individual cells do not break down under impact. Therefore your frame pads maintain their impact absorbing qualities and do not get thinner and thinner with use.

Our frame pads and fixing systems have been designed to stand up to commercial use in busy caravan parks.

Please Note: All our outdoor trampolines slot easily together to form a rigid frame. They do NOT fold up like indoor sports hall trampolines.

Super Tramp Safety

We've heard it said that ‘trampolines are dangerous'. Whilst everyone is entitled to their opinion we have to tell you that over 99% of our customers do not agree. They should know because their families use them. However we do acknowledge the fact that accidents can and do happen with virtually any item imaginable from bar stools to carpets, so trampolines can be no exception. Each trampoline is supplied complete with a users handbook with simple rules and tips for use of your trampoline. Caution notices are permanently screen printed on the frame pads.

Our frame pads don't just look good; they stay in place in all weathers and give excellent protection under all types of use.

Every trampoline bed is marked with a central cross to indicate the safest spot to land.
