This is an excellent unit for schools. The famous gooseneck design will look great in the open school playground.
The set consists of a fan-shaped backboard made of laminated wood/fibreglass measuring 47'' x 35'' (120cm x 90cm) and an 18'' (45cm) powder coated solid steel ring with net. It has a Din hole pattern (110 x 90mm). The 102mm heavy duty round pole is hot dip zinc coated (for the best anti-rust protection) and has a 3.5mm diameter. The set features a 48'' (1.2m) one-piece Gooseneck extension and is supplied with heavy duty brackets.
The set has been approved by England Basketball, Basketball Scotland, Basketball Ireland and BBL and is certified to EN1270 standards. Installation requires a 24'' x 24'' x 40'' (60cm x 60cm x 102cm) hole. The set weighs 65kg.
