Delivery Information

DELIVERY TIMES: If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 72 hours (excluding weekends) we will notify you by telephone or email. You will be given the opportunity to cancel or amend your order at any time prior to dispatch. Please call us if you require your order urgently or on a next day delivery service.

DELIVERY CHARGES:The delivery charge is always confirmed within the shopping basket (accessed by clicking the CHECKOUT button) before you finalise the order and process payment. Orders sent by Royal Mail will cost £1.95 or £2.99 (depending on the size/weight of the product), orders sent by courier (Interlink Express) will usually cost £6.99 and some large items (such as some playcentres) will incur a £20 delivery charge.

NON-MAINLAND UK ORDERS: We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Republic of Ireland and Scottish highlands and islands for an extra charge - please contact us if you would like a quotation. You must select the appropriate delivery service at the checkout. 'Standard Delivery' is mainland UK only. By selecting standard delivery to a non-mainland UK destination, we are not obliged to send your goods. You will be contacted regarding extra payment.
